Here is an update on our COULSON project in Sudbury. Pictures show a proposal for a piece of art for the Patio of the Nightclub and the Status Quo of the restaurant on the front right corner of the building.

Preliminary draft and structural concept for a downtown restaurant in Sudbury

Along the Corporate Design guideline that we recently developed for the COULSON in Sudbury, CAN, a new website has been implemented. Key features: Marketing both, the rental apartments and the entertainment section with Nightclub, Bars and Restaurants. First time ever: A joint venture project, featuring 20 year old Carl Laemmle for art direction and coding.

Loft “P”: Design development for a nice loft like apartment, located in the COULSON building in Sudbury. With only one “U-shaped” wall and a curved curtain we have been building the whole spatial structure.

We´ve been building a mass model as an “icon” to support the movement to redevelop the downtown of Sudbury Ontario, The Coulson building is a critical structure in the Durham Street / Larch Street street-scapes and will be the cornerstone of the new downtown.

The famous “Coulson Block”.
Just starting work on the design development of an Art Deco Building from 1937 in  Sudbury, Ontario. The project includes design of some thirty apartments, several bars, restaurants and retail frontage with shops like Hugo Boss, bookseller and others. Interior design, development of the corporate identity, graphics and illustrations are part of the contract.
